Change of mind returns
Once your item is delivered, if you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue you with a store credit minus delivery fee. This is inline with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidelines as change of mind returns are different to returning a product that is faulty - see the section below entitled Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free or discounted shipping fees applicable at the time of your order.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled or damaged any of the products. We will ask for a photo of the item in its original packaging to confirm this.
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less return shipping.
Store credit voucher codes will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Damages and Item Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send us a photo of the damaged item, as we will not process a refund based on damaged claim if there is no evidence.
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a replacement (full or partial depending on the nature of the damage/fault) sent to you free of charge (once evidence in the form of photos has been received. If a replacement is not preferred, you may be eligible for a refund directly onto your original payment method if the item is still under warranty (often, but not always 12 months) or it has been within 30 days.
Price Changes
We at EEL reserve the right to update our prices according to seasonal promotions and updated business costs at any given time. This does not warrant a refund of the price difference. Prices at the time of sale are final.
