Products


Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately we do not have any showrooms as we are an online business only, and our warehouse is not open to the public.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Products are typically guaranteed by the manufacturer with a warranty of at least 12 months (unless otherwise specified). Please keep proof of your purchase for warranty claims and contact customer service should you wish to report product faults.

Do you match price?

Price matching is decided on a case by case basis and can only be considered on an identical item. Simply send us a screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price for the product for our consideration, and customer service will liaise with you regarding whether the price can be matched. 
Please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • The product must be at full price on the competitor’s website
  • We do not match promotional offers
  • The product must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor website
  • We do not match shipping costs
  • We do not match advertising errors

 
 An item on your website was on sale, it’s now back to full price, can I have the sale price?
Unfortunately, we cannot honour a sale or promotional price if an offer has finished.

Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST.

 Can I use multiple discount codes per order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order. Additionally, each discount code can only be used once per customer.
 
Orders and payments

I have placed an order, what next?

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment, we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order request. 
 
We reserve the right to cancel your order with reason, including but not limited unavailability of product (out of stock), an error in the price, an error in your order, issues with your payment or address, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions, technical errors. If we cancel your order, we will contact you by email to inform you and provide a reason and will offer a full refund to be processed immediately.
 
Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, full payment is required for us to secure your item and allow for it to be shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot offer split payments or deposits to keep an item on hold for you.
 
What types of payment do you accept?
Payment methods include credit card, debit card, Afterpay and ZipPay (terms apply as per the financial institution). 
 
Do you offer financing or layby plans?
Yes! We have now partnered with ZipMoney and Afterpay for your convenience. You can choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment plan that fits in with your budget and lifestyle.

I need to change my order details, or I wish to cancel my order, can I do that?

 If you have placed an order in error, or wish to change your delivery details or contact details, please contact customer service as soon as you can; the earlier the better! We will happily assist you in changing any details that you request. These changes/cancellations can only be processed BEFORE the item has been shipped. Once the item is with the courier, it is unfortunately out of our hands. 

 How long until my refund is processed?

As soon as we receive a request to cancel an order and refund the purchase, we will process it immediately (within business hours, given that the item has not been dispatched yet). Depending on your financial institution, the full refund amount will be despotised into your account within 3-8 business days.
 

Shipping and Delivery
 
How much is shipping?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, delivery type, product weight and dimensions. Please note, delivery costs are not determined by us, but are dictated by the trusted couriers we utilise, and the quoted shipping costs are non-negotiable. 
 
If I order multiple products, will they all arrive at the same time?
We endeavour to process your order and have the items out for delivery as soon  as possible (within 2 business days). While the items will all be processed out for delivery together, depending on the item characteristics, it may be delivered using different couriers. As soon as shipping confirmation is provided, we will email you the shipping tracking details for the cartons, which will allow you to track your multiple items out for delivery. In some cases, cartons may be delivered on different dates due to the need to use different couriers, but rest assured you will be able to track the items as needed. 
 
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and South Australia on orders over $999.
